anyone else not get the BHM login pack and 95 ovr makeright?

platform: pc

Which console generation do you have? pc

What is your Gamertag/PSN ID? BucmowBamf

Date/time issue occurred: 2/3/25

im still missing 1 89 overall rookie premiere pack. but im assuming im just beating a dead horse at this point because now i just missed the window for getting my daily on the black history month cards. i spend a good amount of money every year on this game...

 

 

i never got my bhm login pack, so i cant progress my tokens for my dailys.. and ive won over 10 superbowls and never got my 95 overall superbowl fantasy makeright pack.. i went to ea help chat and they said post on the forums..

    Never got my welcome pack. Go figure ! Is anybody at EA awake. Where is quality control? Yall need it.

    Never got my welcome pack either. Same problem with the daily upgrade tokens they refresh soon and I won't get the 2 for today

    yeah we cant progress and earn tokens with out the pack, so by the time we are supposed to have enough tokens for the cards to be usefull we wont have enough tokens.. they told me to post on here and some one would help me. i dont understand why they just cant help us. they should be able to see we did not get these items. these cards are very time sensitive.

    we spend money on this game every year to get treated like garbage. i go into the help chat they can see i didnt get the packs but cant grant me anything. you contact them on twitter and dont answer. they tell you to post on the forums and nothing happens.. what the point anymore.

    Along with no receiving plenty of other promotions throughout the year, it’s easier if we all quit and stop spending money 

     

    they have been hurting for years financially 

    only getting worse from here
