Auction Cards disappear without getting credit (not on team)

Summarize your bug I bought two of the LEGEND PACKS for $2200 First one I got an 81 Drew Brees 84 Brees and 86 Brees - I have Williams at QB so I checked the auction price and put my 3 cards up for auction. Went and played challange and came out of the game and the notice of sold items did not show. So I went into auctions and the 3 Brees cards were not CLOSED they were not listed. The Joe Burrow I sold was there and CLOSED. Went back to my team - I had 3 QBs no Drew Brees THEY ARE GONE Went in and bought another set for $2200 and Go 2 Williams CB cards and an 86 Brees Sold all 3 cards again and they sold and I got the cash.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Rebooted PS5 checked auctrions and team - the cards are gone.
What happens when the bug occurs? No cash shows up in my account
What do you expect to see? The amount added to my cash for the 3 Drew Brees Cards
