Banned from Madden online including the next titles that come out

I have been banned since Sunday on madden 25 . I had a bunch of coins for the first time from pulling a golden ticket and my fried posted a card so i bought it from him . 2 hours later i got banned and i sent an appeal and they declined it . So i sent another one 3 days ago and no response. This is the first thing i ever did since i started playing madden and the fact i don't get a warning or second chance is not fair. Especially with all the money i spent on this game. And now i feel like im banned forever because it counts for all maddens. I would love to be unbanned because i have the most fun around those time for madden.
