Brought S6 Premium Pass 2 days ago still lock out
Purchase the S6 premium pass yesterday with my points. Screen change ask me to purchase premium pass again? Went to EA Help 2 cases open one yesterday and one today this morning for Missing Genki Force Packs don't know it has to do with yesterday bug issue on premium pass. Told them it been 24 hours still no change in premium pass restarted and rebooted again PS 5 still nothing.
Today I log on to see any changes premium package no change. What ever bug issue with premium pass yesterday now lost all my Genki Force packs that I've earn 2/14/25 and wanted to open today Genki Force updated players.
If anyone else having this issue?
