Cant connect to ea servers on madden 25

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try an load into a head to head game in mut
What happens when the bug occurs? It takes me back to the main menu
What do you expect to see? I expect to load into a game

Every time I load up head to head in mut error pops up an takes me to the main menu 

This message has appeared for 3 weeks. I have no access to challenges, solo seasons, or any H2H in Ultimate Team. However, the store seems to work fine. Interesting.

I tried deleting and reinstalling game several times

Restarted system in safe mode to clear cache

This is beyond ridiculous and I’m extremely frustrated that I have spent all this money and this has been an ongoing issue. I have reached out to EA Help several times with no response. Not even any recognition from a private message on X. As a loyal fan to EA Sports products over the years via Madden, Golf, and EA Plus subscriber, I am very disheartened by the lack of care and courtesy to my issues. I would like this issue resolved. As you could tell I am highly frustrated because all the money I have spent on packs to get zero opportunities to play CUT online is very, very disappointing. Thank You. 

Since yesterday, whenever I load up Madden I can go everything except access UT. I click to get it, get a pause, then error message that states "Error - our servers cannot process your request at this time".

I can get into College Football UT as well as FC24 UT and have been playing MLB The Show 24.

What happens when the bug occurs? No connection
What do you expect to see? Getting into online game modes

So basically I can‘t connect play any online modes. Tried MUT and online Head2Head. When i try entering the mode it takes ages only to get the Error that I can‘t connect to the servers and I should try again later. Already tried troubleshooting it (Restart Wifi, clearing the cache, different connection) but nothing worked. Currently re-installing the game. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? I am located in Germany if that helps.

Summarize your bug Had been able to log in, just had to log out of PC access and then game would allow me to play on Series S

What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. It doesn’t work. Says the the EA Servers are not available
What do you expect to see? I can gain access back to servers on Xbox Series S to play game.

I had been able to switch back and forth between my PC and Xbox as I have 2 separate copies of the game on the same account as the systems are separate from one another. I also know that the Xbox platform is separate from PC with regards to MUT because of AH and I could turn off cross play and only play against other Xbox.

I was able to access this all the way until this past Friday when we got an update and have not been able to log in and play on my Xbox since, but I can still play CFB25, I have not lost access to that at all. I dont know if this is an Xbox wide issue or just a few of us.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated as I was trying to document and be able to share with people the difference in the console and PC throughout the year.
