Can't play MUT At All

I've pre-ordered the game and since then I haven't been able to play MUT at all. I keep getting an error saying that the servers can't process this right now. Please try again later. It's been two weeks now and I still can't play the mode.

    If you're able to load in to MUT, try creating a new lineup. Don't just edit the one you have. Complete a new lineup and switch to that. You can use the same players. They just need to be in a different lineup. Try that and let me know what happens.

  • @EA_Aljo I tried those steps while reading other people's replies. That's why I think it's an account issue. It happened with this account and my other account linked to this EA but not to any other account. Its every mode on Madden except play now.

    Since this does appear to be account related, please open a case with an advisor so they can check your account for any issues. Cases can be opened here.

    You can open a case by clicking on the link I provided above. If that's not working, let me know which step you're stuck on. Make sure you select Madden 25 as your game and then choose from the available reasons for contacting support.
