25BeltBoyz When it comes to compromised accounts, depending on the circumstances, they are handled only with Live Support and Terms of Service. Support can only unlink accounts that are not yours. For example, if the person who hacked your account added their account, it would be removed.
They cannot transfer accounts or content from one to another. Unfortunately, support would have to go over the issue and/or escalate it depending on the severity.
My suggestion is to contact chat and not email and discuss it with them there even if you have already. Community Managers are not supported, so we don't have the ability to change anything on a player's account when it gets compromised.
