Games not counting rewards and money lost.

I have has the same issues as everyone else by having wins not count. This has cost me two super bowls in the current promotion and the rewards that would have come with it. 

I also lost out on cards that were sitting in packs for the playoff and roster revolution sets when i put them in as placeholders. When it switched from i divided player sets to packs i lost all the cards that were in the sets. This amounts to having items i paid real mo by for being taken from me. 

I have also not received a single Monthly EA play pack.  This needs to be resolved. I have spent enough money on this game and to have this happe. It amounts to theft. From the looks of these forums, your social media pages, and anywhere the community talks I am on the verge of looking at making this a legal issue. It isclear there are enough that feel the same to make it class action because you have effectively stolen millions from your customers.
