Genki Force issues are mounting

I haven't received the 940 power for the 96 BND pack I did in the store on the 18th. And my Genki field pass has yet to move past level 15 despite me doing multiple challenges as a test to see if it would move. I posted a ticket with EA but I'm unsure if anyone that truly can help has seen it and/or is even willing to help.
