Getting an absurd amount of phantom losses since the new patch

How does the game repeatedly have issues? I’m trying to play squads and myself and my teammates are getting 2 losses for every 1 loss and even getting a lose after winning a game. It’s always done it occasionally but I just played 2 season and got 4 extra losses. I’m now in rookie and suspect it will continue…how does this even happen?
