Missing Ranked Rewards

I'm in the same boat I was on the top 100 and didn't get my calvin Johnson 

He's been listed on the market so people are getting their rewards just not everyone. Lmk if you hear something. 

I’m also missing my rewards. Made a post here and sent a post to the ultimate team Twitter account and the EA help Twitter account as well. I’ll reply here if I hear anything. 
One thing is certain though, I’m done playing madden or any other EA game until we get an update and this is resolved. Pathetic stuff from EA once again. 

I have also not got my Julius Brents I was champ 3 also, sad face. But if you want you could spend another couple hundred on packs and those will load just fine. 

I just got off a chat with EA rep and they said it’s a server issue and they don’t know when it will be fixed ofc I feel like that’s always the easy go to answer for EA.  They apologize for the inconviencr ofc.  

This happened to me as well. Yesterday I clicked on Season Recap expecting my card (3215 RP) and the game mode then disappeared. Then I was unable to play any h2h mode until I restarted. Total nonsense. I also can't chat with this company anymore now it's only email and bots and I just loathe this sh*t.

I didn’t get mine either. This is why I don’t buy packs. Such a scam

The advisor is just going to tell you to wait for an undefined amount of time. They can't fix anything
