H2H Leaderboard Not Updating Rank

Okay Ranked was down for awhile, now it's back up- i noticed i wasn't increased in rank after my placements. I placed in bronze 1 (won 4 placement matches). a win puts me in bronze 2- about 100 ranked points. once i get into bronze 2 i win 5 games and didn't go up to bronze 3, i was only getting 5 ranked points per win, which is wrong, that's the bug.  i lost one game and went back 100 points and into bronze 1. thinking maybe that would reset it i kept playing, win the next game went up 100 points into bronze 2. the next 7 wins after that have 5 ranked points again. so its impossible to rank up. Need this bug fixed. i included pics of the screen showing the results. it's not recording all games for some reason either, only shows 10 games but it does show that i only have 2 losses and 8 wins, i really have about 13 wins but either way i shouldn't still be in bronze

Wanted to drop in with an update. I escalated all the players I could find so far to the team and let them know we have multiple issues with H2H matches, leaderboards, ranks etc.

The main one for the leaderboard would be the Leaderboard Not Updating!

Once we get more updates from the team, we will let everyone know.

Hey, Folks

We got word that H2H should be resolved now.

Some of you may still see issues with leaderboards, ranks, etc. The system needs to play catch up with everyone's profile.

Please close the game down, check for updates, and log back in. Again, you may not see an immediate update on your end but the team has tested it and it is working now!

Fix this broken game.. too many people paid too much $ and ea is too big of developers too have this bs going on

Thank you!! Can we except our rank to reflect our actual record and what it should be? For example I’m 24-4, I and have gained 40 total RP; can I expect to get a huge amount of RP right away? Or was the hours and hours I put into the gam this whole time wasted?

@Akoyasdad Honestly I am not sure. That is entirely up to each studio team. I will pass that request on but ultimately if they do, they will message players in the game, or they will have us do it.

Okay I appreciate the response, is there someone I could message if I log in and see that it hasn’t been updated? I haven’t checked yet so I might be complaining for nothing lol I do appreciate you responding though
