idk what to do everything works in mut except h2h ranked please help

This is also been happening to me and my brother-in-law since the new season started. At first we couldn't see the leaderboard stats at all and we were losing points whenever we won games. Currently I am 20 and 3 in the new season and I'm still bronze one why? I'm not moving why?

Summarize your bug I'm losing ranking points after winning games why? It doesn't matter if the game is completed or if I make my opponent quit, I'm losing points for WINS..!!?!! I'VE WON 25 GAMES AND LOST FOUR IN THE NEW SEASON AND I'M STILL IN THE BRONZE ONE TIER? How and why? I'm about to give up on this game for good
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing online ranked match Head to Head
What happens when the bug occurs? I kick the crap out of my opponent and I lose ranking points for it. I think that sums it up. I'm pretty sure it's supposed to work the opposite way
What do you expect to see? I expect the game to work the way it's supposed to. That's not a lot to ask for being that we pay so much money for this game. When bugs occur, please fix them that's not a big ask
- @Wilk5280 I disagree as we do need rank resets. It keeps the leaderboards honest and gives others a real chance at being on the top 100 and I’m good with seasons

If you’re not good enough to be in the top 100 in season 1 then you’re probably not good enough to be in top 100 in any season.
fwiw, I’m not ever going to sniff top 100 and still only care about my record for the entire year, not month-to-month over.
So I did not get those RP back as I’m still bronze 1, who could I contact to have that done you think? You said the studio?

Playing now and just won a game 28 0 and he quit and I got 0, there was just no RP given or taken. So apparently not fixed, it went to the post game section where I should have gotten RP but just nothing happened
Just won my 4th game and lost half my ranking points after gaining enough to be 55 points away from bronze 3
smokecapone is my PSN and I’m having the same issue everyone else here is having
