H2H Leaderboard Not Updating Rank

So in Madden 25 H2H ranked I am having an issue. Ive won my last 2 games and on the first win no RP was granted. I was at Bronze 2 and 10 RP away from ranking up and after my win I was awarded the coins for the win but not the RP. On my last game, my opponent quit after 20 seconds into the match. Again not only was I not awarded any RP for the win, I somehow LOST 2 RP. This is very frustrating as there has been a lot of issues with H2H ranked this season. Ive won my last 5 matches on ranked and somehow i loose 2 RP? 

Just had someone concede with 30 seconds left and I lost 36 RP. So it is not fixed at all, nothing has been changed. Every time someone quits, I lose points. 27-4 with 1554 ranking points 

I won all of my placement matches then 3 more games on top of them and they started me off in Bronze II and I am losing RP for winning games.

10/10 and issue is still not fixed

The problem hasn’t been corrected in the slightest. Still receiving negative points on games that I win and go to conclusion. Guys and gals, please get in a room or on a zoom call and handle this. You are EA sports, this is like NIKE not having shoelaces for 2 weeks. Let’s go! I believe in you. lol. 

I’m 35-7 and I’m still in the bronze column. They won’t give me more than 1590rp does anybody know how to fix this?
