H2H Leaderboard Not Updating Rank

Ok good I’m not the only one. So the game is bad quality. Is all 

Please fix this issue. I just want to chill this weekend, play madden, and climb the leaderboards. Simple stuff. 

How do we go about getting a refund then? It’s the only game mode I play and it been unplayable going on 2 weeks I’ll never buy another madden I promise yall lost me this year

What type of issue do you have? Rp points drop after every win and loss. No leaderboards.

Summarize your bug: No Leaderboards. Can't Rank Up. 
How often does the bug occur? 100% of time beginning 10/1/24
What happens when the bug occurs?  I lose RP and can't get promoted. Stuck at Bronze. No leaderboards. 

Online H2H quick matches are the sole reason I buy Madden.

Same here I just don't even play ranked anymore because every time I win I lose points

Summarize your bug My RP & Ranking home screen does not update. The leaderboard shows the correct point total and record. Currently stuck at Bronze 1 and not changing. mut champs not counting, overall h2h gameplay has severe lag (not sure if it's certain players, jerseys, stadiums, etc?)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Read any forum on mut.gg or any forum here regarding MUT h2h. You can also look at the leaderboard in the game to see the ranking issue!
What happens when the bug occurs? Every time I log in it is visible.
What do you expect to see? For my RP & Ranking to be updated.
