I am still waiting for the 99 Ray Lewis make right player for my account.

I am extremely frustrated with the amount of time this has taken and for the entire process ea support has put me through. After being promised the make right 99 Ray Lewis ring of honor player as I pulled him from a pack and evidenced it but never received the players from the pack. I was directed by ea costumer service to create this post here and that I would then receive the card in my binder within a few days. Please fix this soon, I have been waiting over a week.
