I keep loosing progress on my ultimate solo season

It kicks me off in hall of fame before I get the cards and coins. This is very frustrating because I put a lot of time and effort into my ultimate team. Also on my team pass my defensive touchdowns are not progressing so I cannot complete that part of the achievement. Please fix this this is gonna make me not wanna play this anymore let alone buy the new one when it comes out
