Incorrect pack rewards

Question

Hello, in the ss attached you can see the elite bnd pack probability is as follows: 88+ ovr 100%&nbsp; 92+ ovr 100%&nbsp; and 90+ ovr 40%. I bought this pack thinking i had a 100% chance at a 92+ ovr but apparently it is a mistake by EA and should have read 89+ ovr instead of 92+ ovr. This was misleading and i would have never bought this pack if it had the proper description.&nbsp;

I also bought the pack based on the posted odds of a 100% chance of a 92+. The best I got was a 89. There should be a make right for this.
