Not necessarily. I've seen this same thing happen on FC in the past. In most cases, it was an ISP issue. If you can connect through a mobile hotspot, that's what it is since you're able to connect fine on a totally different network. FC and CFB don't share the same servers. Your connection is routed differently for both. It's possible something is blocking the connection to CUT. If the other account connects fine, then it's an account issue.

OK, so I changed DNS and nothing happened.
I started a new PSN profile and new Madden profile and nothing happened.
When I went to help about connection issues, it took me to a connection test that had to do with FC24. Can you lead me in my next steps?

I have the same issue and no one here has helped and "creating a case" didnt do anything either. Just delayed responses and no action or idea about what is happening. Sucks because all i have this game for is for the online MUT H2H and cant even play that

Unfortunately, I'm out of ideas. I really don't know why you can't access MUT. The best I can recommend is contacting your ISP to see if they can help.
If you can get into MUT, create a new lineup and use that instead. Don't edit an existing lineup. You need to create a new one. Another possible solution if you have 64 players on your roster is to remove one so you have 63.

I did reach out to WebPass. They said they will check into it.
They of course threw it back to you (EA) and said probably on server end.
I guess if I can’t get resolved this week or so, I’ll seek a refund. It’s a shame as I was enjoying the game.

It does seem like quite a few are getting same error message. Wonder if common thread?
I have deluxe edition with early access. Played since day one and lost service on Aug 20.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.
What is unusual about your issue is that you can't load into MUT at all. The others are getting this error after loading into MUT.

That's not something we can check. It seems that something is blocking your search. Take a look at the network settings on your PS4 and let me know what it says for the NAT. Also, as a test, try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot. Then, restart MUT and see if you still get that error. Again, this is just a test and not meant to be a permanent solution if it works.

Try using alternate DNS settings using these instructions. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

So the EA help with connection takes me to FC24, even after I pick Madden 25 and "I have connection issues", so it is showing I have no issues, but this is again FC24 and not Madden. Can you get me where I need to be with an advisor / tech support so I can get my case started?

It's working for most everyone so we need to figure out why it's not working for you. Possibly you're between updates so let's make sure your Madden 25 is current. Highlight Madden 25 and press the Options button on your controller. Then select 'Check for update'.
Have you tried using a different PSN ID? That would help narrow this down to an account issue.
Don't pick the option for connection issues. You could try 'I need help loading my game' since you can't load into MUT.

Got the update yesterday. Was hoping that would fix problem, but did not.
Yes, I made a second PS and also EA account. Same issue.

This is greatly frustrating. Nothing is letting me set up a ticket or go to chat. It keeps on taking me to the freaking connection test and that takes me to the same FC24 connection which it then says is fine.
