I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.
What is unusual about your issue is that you can't load into MUT at all. The others are getting this error after loading into MUT.

That's not something we can check. It seems that something is blocking your search. Take a look at the network settings on your PS4 and let me know what it says for the NAT. Also, as a test, try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot. Then, restart MUT and see if you still get that error. Again, this is just a test and not meant to be a permanent solution if it works.

That's fine. You just don't want it to be Type 3. Did you also try using a mobile hotspot?

Try using alternate DNS settings using these instructions. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

Something else to try is changing everything in the below image. Swap out all of your jerseys to something else and change everything in the left side menu.
