Madden 25 Premium Pass Showing Locked After Maintenance

Does anybody have a direct line to someone who works for Madden NFL 25 Madden Ultimate Team? I need to ask them something important.

    Hey, folks

    If your premium pass is showing locked and not giving credit, etc. We need the following:

    Platform
    EA ID
    If PS (PS4 or PS5) version downloaded
    PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag ID
    The screenshot showing Premium Pass locked

    *marked as solution for player visibility - EA_Barry

pocketgang8597 There isnt one. They don't speak with players directly. You can post it here, we can pass it along as feedback. If it is an account issue or missing content, that would be Live Support and not the games team directly.
