If your premium pass is showing locked and not giving credit, etc. We need the following:
Platform
EA ID
If PS (PS4 or PS5) version downloaded
PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag ID
The screenshot showing Premium Pass locked

I bought the Season 6 Premium field pass, which hasn't been unlocked for me.
Community Managerdhenley4 Reboot the console and the game and log back in. Check the pass again. If you do not see it update, I need a screenshot of the pass showing locked or whatever error(s) you get in game.
I already did that. It is showing me the option to purchase the premium pass again. I have rebooted and restarted several times. It seems to take the money fine, but not deliver the goods. Had the same problem for Seasons 4 and 5. They eventually got around to it. though.
Community Managersocratezz if it isnt registering that you have it, we need a screenshot from within your game showing that it isn't registering.
I've attached when I bought my points this morning that I used to order the pass and my account with the pass not showing up.
I just unlocked and bought the premium pass and not unlocked for me.
