Madden 25 Premium Pass Showing Locked After Maintenance

Does anybody have a direct line to someone who works for Madden NFL 25 Madden Ultimate Team? I need to ask them something important.

    Hey, folks

    If your premium pass is showing locked and not giving credit, etc. We need the following:

    Platform
    EA ID
    If PS (PS4 or PS5) version downloaded
    PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag ID
    The screenshot showing Premium Pass locked

    *marked as solution for player visibility - EA_Barry

socratezz if it isnt registering that you have it, we need a screenshot from within your game showing that it isn't registering.

I've attached when I bought my points this morning that I used to order the pass and my account with the pass not showing up.

    And this was for the new season yes? I see the 19th but I have to ask that this premium pass wasn't during the last season?
