Hello EA Shepard
Purchase the S6 premium pass yesterday with my points. Screen change ask me to purchase premium pass again? Went to EA Help 2 cases open one yesterday and one today this morning for Genki Force. Told them it been 24 hours still no change in premium pass restarted and rebooted again PS 5 still nothing.
Today when I log on to see any changes premium package no change. What ever bug issue with premium pass yesterday now lost all my Genki Force packs that I've earn and wanted to open today update Genki Force players.
At work can't access PS5 version download from yesterday.
Any help really be appreciate EA Shepard

LESBULLIES Thank you for the info. I sent it on up to be reviewed. The games team is aware. The issue here is that if the pass was purchased before the season actually went live or the player hadn't restarted the game, it will show as locked because the purchase was seen as the old season. Not saying that is what happened in your case but that is why we are sending them over!

Appreciate that EA_Shepard so once the issue is resolve how will the MUT community will know it fix? Will the fix be directly to our PS5 accounts automatically? Also here my PS NFL 25 version 1.017.000 again thank you all you help EA_Shepard If there anything else you need please let me know. again TY

LESBULLIES Depends on the game's team, honestly. Typically a few things will happen.

OR you see it just get resolved
OR we update you hear letting you know - this is my favorite because then I get to message you guys and let you know.

I bought season 6 premium pass & it's still locked. They take the money & just don't care.. The same problems happened with season 4 & 5 so they were definitely aware of the problem...

Mine is doing the same for S7 Premium pass. I reached level 40 and all of the credits, xp, badges , borders and profile pic are still locked. Please assist.

So what are you guys doing for the people that have the Ultimate team lineup glitch ! Where now they can’t acces their lineup because when they do it kicks them out along with an error message. That is unfair because me I have spent over a thousand dollars building this team and I do not want to start over. Anyone experiencing this if they don’t resolve your issue it’s best to contact an attorney and get your moneys worth. Unless EA decides to fix the bug or refund you your money

Triggsx7 That would be entirely up to the studio team for each game. CMs and support have no actual bearing on things like compensation for players. I completely agree with you, it would be very unfair to have to do that. Ive sent this up to have looked into. There are different factors in this one - Special players - upgraded abilities - corrupted l lineup - and corrupted downloads. The only main consistent cause would be the Genki players and upgraded abilities on players in the line up. As for what will happen, that is something the team will have to decide on and let players know about.
