Madden Ultimate Team Rookie Premiere

Still haven't received any RP rewards and I completed all of them. Let's get some updates and get the people the stuff they were promised, earned, and paid for. Sooner the better. Communication is key and EA is failing.

Still no rookie premiers where are they been waiting two days already yet all the you tubers have there's like really

Did all 3 sets in Madden 24 and I still don't have my rewards for Madden 25. My friend has his. 

I’m on pc my son is on Xbox and we both did the rookie premiere challenges in full in mut 24. Neither one of us have gotten our rookie premiere packs in madden 25. 

ea feedback would be great. 

what's the update with this, we are given dates then those dates pass and there's no communication??? very sketchy business practices. This is something time sensitive and also was not an easy thing to earn, took countless hours or significant amounts of money to do. This isn't some 10 minute solo challenge reward it cost 4 million coins to get these players. That's hundreds and hundreds of dollars or days in game time worth of work. If a billion dollar company can't figure this out time to hire new people or the NFL should sign rights elsewhere. Every year this happens too. This poor guy on this forum isn't even an EA employee and is taking the bad end of it, how about an actual employee checks this forum out?

i havent recieved my rookies nor my players from college Alumni!!

Still haven't got my 2 rp packs got the tokens . Also still can't get my Watson from the boom challenges.  And I have went up to legend twice in squads n never received my red zone packs . What's going on??? 

Here it is Sunday, and still nothing. Not even an update from EA. When I reached out to EA, the person had no idea what rookie premier even is.

It’s amazing how fast they fix things that keep them from making money on pack purchases. They took away mystery packs in a heartbeat when they figured out people were almost breaking even on them and pulling tons of chances at a decent drop. How about fixing the other stuff and letting mystery packs ride until the other problems get fixed.
