Missing 96 Overall Derwin James after Set completion
Completed 96 overall derwin James set and didn't receive him I received a 94 overall totw player pack can someone please help me

Someone please help with this.
I completed the set at 4:33 pm yesterday 1/15/25
My account says I have 1 unopened pack but when I click in to it, it takes me to the shop
I’ve tried restarting and everything for almost 24 hours
this is millions of coins I spent to get him.
