Appreciate the response let me copy the exact transcript.
"I would like to inform you that we can not validate an old purchase so I am going to share this feedback with the game team. Please do not worry. However please report it on the forums as well https://www.ea.com/forums if there is any resolution to this the forums team will reach out to you." They also were surprised I hadn't received the content I purchased as I had a valid purchase history of the deluxe version of the game.
