Missing Ranked Rewards

This is the first time I have actually done ranked since I started and I got to champion 3 just for the coins. But I placed where I should have gotten that CB. Logged on this morning and hit season recap to get no coins or player. Been checking back and forward all day but nothing. Even did a placement match. Haven’t seen any YouTube videos just people in the forums.But if this issue persist into next week what would the next steps be do to? I have Xbox clips and ss of it too ofc.

I put in an email submission then went back to click on still an issue then it had a read box that let me connect to them

I still havent got my ranked reward. I was in legend the top 100 where is my Calvin Johnson
