Missing Real Deals upgrade tokens

I was playing through the solo challenges, if you stay inside the challenges and just press next challenge your rewards stack up. I was supposed to earn 2 tokens from challenges, then I progressed and was supposed to earn 2 more from the field pass levels. When I was exciting out of my challenges my power turned off and when I went back into madden there was no reward prompt and my tokens were nowhere to be found
