Missing Rookie Premieres and Crossover Rewards

Why did you guys tell EA help not to support this? 😂

Still missing, received puka but not a player for completing a set last year.

I know I am more fortunate that others to have received anything thus far. I definitely agree that other users have a competitive advantage due to the limitations on quality cards being available thus far, which is the reason we all completed the Rookie Premiere Promo on Madden 24. I am of the opinion that the lack of transparency is unacceptable. During an episode of GMM, it was misspoken that the issue had been completely resolved. Many viewers, probably some of you, were outraged, they had not been made whole. I hope that this post brings awareness to EA and they make each of our situations whole and in a timely manner. As many of you know Madden MUT content has a very short and significant shelf life. When any of this is delayed even in a short span, the value of the content is greatly diminished or has no value at all. For most of us, this was the case with Ultimate Alumni. When I received mine, all 3 players went from being the best choice to maybe the 5th best choice at their respective position. Also it did not help that many of the opponents I faced had these cards in their lineup, giving them an unfair competitive advantage. 

So to EA, I implore you to make this situation whole and issue the earned content sooner than later.

I can relate and I feel your frustration. I hope they respond to you soon and make it right.

I wondered the exact same thing when I chatted with EA Help. I even asked, if we aren't getting help from "EA Help", where as consumers are we suppose to turn. At first it seemed like they wanted to push this issue onto the console maker. I explained that was foolish answer as customers from all platforms were experiencing this. The lack of transparency from this company shows they clearly need some help communicating.

Missing Rookie Premiers

Missing Rookie Premiere. I received one token and filed case with EAHelp twice. I was told to wait for it. It's been two weeks and I never received the second token. I play on PS4 and my name is K-I-Dub-L-E-R. I should be given something to make up for this since it's been two weeks and now they are almost old cards and won't have the same impact on the game. We start season two next week.. Please fix as soon as possible.
