I've been dealing with this since August. I have tried everything and opened tickets but no one cares...They will never fix it, we are just gonna be screwed until next year
i'm also having the same issue i wish ea would just let me move all my content from my xbox to my ps5 i sold all my cards i have 22 mil coin this is so fustrating they don't even say any thing to us no acknowlegement from them at all you know how much money i had to spend to have 22 mil in coins and i have not spent 1 dollar since august now i'm spending money on cut when i would rather be on madden
