Mut lineup

I keep getting booted back to the main menu when I try to go to my lineup, can anyone help me resolve this? 

also I took everything off of Troy Vincent and still can’t get in

  • @EA_Aljo " ea servers are not available try back another time " ive also scan the QR code a million times when prompted to do so but no luck

    Thanks for getting back to me. Go into your network settings on your PS and let me know what it says for the NAT type.

    Also, have you tried using different teams in head to head? Just want to rule out that it might be related to a specific team.

    You can also try clearing the system cache and rebuild the database. Those instructions can be found here.

    Hello, everyone. Please check to see if your captain has any chemistries applied. If so, make sure they are removed. If this doesn't help, send me a private message with the ID you play on. We're trying to gather some details of accounts that are experiencing this issue. 

    Also, we are aware of an issue with Devonte Adams that may cause this. If you have him, make sure the chemistries are removed.

    Something else to check is if there is a player gap. For example, a missing kicker or an unidentified player that might be causing issues. 

    You can go to "My Items" and promote players to Starters from here without accessing the lineup screen. Going here and filtering the "Program" as "Team Captains" will also let you view them without accessing the lineup.

    Thanks again for being so patient with us on this. All the info you've been able to share with us has been really helpful. 

    We think we've been able to get this fixed. When you have the chance can you try accessing and making changes to your Lineup one more time? Please let us know if you're still running into any problems. 

    Again, we really appreciate your patience and all your help with our investigation on this.

    No im still unable to get into my lineup i removed all team chems from every player all upgrades like this is really frustrating. Ive put alot of money into this game and if yall cant fix it ima need all my money back. All the packs I’ve bought to not be able to play the **bleep** game is crazy!! And the fact that I’ve been writing about this for 4 months now and nobody not even EA ITSELF can help me!!!! Disappointing
