    Hi everyone, 

    There was something I wanted to see if you could help clarify for us while we are investigating this. 

    For those of you who were reporting these errors with Genki Force players: 

    • Are you still running into the same error as before? 
    • Are you playing on a PS4 or Xbox One? 

     

    Please let us know when you've got the chance.

    TheOGBatman74 Hey, so I found a few accounts with the names you provided. None of the accounts show they own the game. Can you verify the PSN ID you log into the game with? Are you game-sharing with another account on the PS5?

      I bought it when I had my ps4 then when I got the ps5 I just downloaded it to it. How do I get the psn id?

        TheOGBatman74  The PSN ID is whatever your PlayStation username is. I looked up the ones you listed, and none showed access to the game which means when you log in, you are logging in with another PlayStation account, or the EA servers arent registering you are logging in. However, if you were already playing, I would see a log of that but I do not.
