Me too!
I've had the same problem for the last 3 seasons and they aren't doing anything about it.
Ongoing issue also didn't get team of the year uniform. Contacted ea. If persists will band together for class action lawsuit!!!!

Contacting EA help just gets you a bunch of people who have English as a second language. I actually kind of feel bad for them because they can't actually fix anything. After 20+ emails they escalated the issue and escalation told me to come post on the forums because they couldn't do anything. What is the point of having EA Help if they don't actually allow them to help?
Me too. I’ve earned midfield packs through solo battles and then they disappear before I can open them.
