New ghost of MUT is not in pack
I opened the 93 ovr bnd fantasy pack that is supposed to contain all 93 cards but the new ghost of mut cards are not in the pack

@EA_Aljo Whats the turnaround time for a response?
I also never received make rights for this or several other things since this game has come out and I post on here numerous times Everytime there is issues. We just got ignored. I've learned not to expect anything a decent business or company would do out of EA. Might as well accept it yourself. Just pray another gaming company gets right to the NFL soon. So we can have a NFL gaming experience we actually deserve.

What is the status of your case when you check on it?
@EA_Aljo The current case is pending since Jan.8th. This is the 3rd time I opened a case. EA Help via chat informed me that I would have to seek help for missing content via the forum

We're not aware of anyone not receiving the make good when they should have. If you didn't get it either you did and it wasn't noticed or you weren't eligible for it to begin with. I'm very sorry to say, there's nothing we can do to help with this over Answers HQ.
@EA_Aljo This makes no sense. I submitted a case the day the pack was misadvertised. Submitted a screenshot of the pack and via email repsonse and EA Help and forum cant help.
Same thing with EA Play rewards not being sent out every month. No help for any content issues that are commone for most users
