Didn’t receive John Madden. Also didn’t receive Team Diamonds welcome pack. Anyone else having this issue?

The issue with this pack should be fixed now. If you didn't get any items when you opened the pack yesterday, please take a look at your account and see if they've come through since then.

So I did the solos the other day when y'all posted them and took them away cuz I didn't know y'all was messing up. So I saved the rewards for today bc once y'all took the solos away I knew y'all messed up. But I didn't get anything from the solos but welcome packs. I got 4 John Madden welcome packs. Can I get my make rights for the rewards from the solos ? I have 4 John maddens and won't be able to Max one now cuz yall gave me the wrong rewards
I got my all madden welcome pack but never was able to open it. It doesnt come up at all and i didnt get my LT john madden.
Same here game is trash af
My favorite part of EA is when you mess up and it benefits us you fix it immediately. When you mess up and it hurts us you take your sweet time or never fix it.

I got 4 of the welcome packs just make sure I get my rewards from the all Madden solo challenges so I get my upgrade tokens

I been checking my account and still no John madden. These tokens seem useless right now.
