Purchasing premium pass while at level 43

If I purchase the season 6 premium pass while already being level 43 will I get any thing instantly? Will I get the premium rewards from past levels?Or will it just be the premium rewards for level 44 and 45??

Do I for sure get the “instant rewards” even though I’m already almost max level?
