I should have had 3210 RP points at the end of the season, it even had it listed at 3210 in the leaderboard but after hitting 3180 something it never counted another win after that. I received Jordan Fuller instead of Chris Johnson which is the WRONG reward.

I should have absolutely been in the 3200 tier and recieved Jordan Fuller instead of Chris Johnson
You can even see in this picture that it has me amongst 3200 Top tier players but my reward level is stuck at champion

I've spoke to 4 admins on 4 different tickets I've opened to get nowhere but I'll try again. I brought this issue up 2 weeks ago to have it fixed and knew it wouldn't be. First one was Dec 19th, Dec 24th and two on Jan 1.

I am at 3216 but it still shows champion 3 please help.
My EA account name is LilLines play on ps5 and currently have 3245 RP and shoudl be in the “top 100” tier but and stuck in champion 3 and says I need -45 points to get to top 100. I hope the bug is fixed so I can get my top 100 card but this season has been so buggy it doesn’t even say what card you get
