Solo battles unavailable since yesterday?

I have been unable to play solo battles since last night - is there an issue?

Hey, Everyone!

Following up on this one. The team is aware of the following three and looking into these. There has not yet been an update to these, but when we do have one we will update the thread and let players know what is happening or if we need more info from you!

1. Unable to find an opponent

This should have been investigated and resolved but I still see reports here and there. If you have not been able to find an opponent since Friday, please let us know and include screenshots.

2. Unable to get into Solo Battles in general

We need more info on this one. What specifically is it that you cannot see?

Are you unable to see the title, opponents, is it locked, etc? We need more info and screenshots on this one.

3. Solo battles not giving points

I am not seeing anything open on this one. If you are not getting points in M25 SB, please respond with this one in the thread and provide the following:

I have had the same problem since yesterday; no opponents are showing up in Solo Battles... We're in the same situation as last year... Do you know if they'll give us a solution here? Regards.

I have a similar issue going on, I am only able to view My Rank and Top 100 for Solo Battles. Problem started yesterday afternoon.The option to choose battles completely disappeared, unable to play at all. I tried uninstalling/re-installing and also followed the reset instructions @EA_Aljo had posted. It’s crazy this problem has been a recurring issue since 2022

Hello, everyone. Just to confirm, this is happening on Madden 25? Solo battles ended the other day for Madden 24 so I just want to make sure.

  @EA_Aljo yes this is on madden 25. Multiple posts in this forum as well as from other sources online, seems to be effecting quite a lot of players.

    Yes this is Madden 25. So if we have both 24 and 25 installed, could that be causing the glitch? It is simply not working and extremely frustrating that you would work so hard on the College game, only to put it out on PS5....and not fix the bugs you had in your flagship.

  @EA_Aljo Yes on Madden 25, but funny enough, it showed a "finish" screen as if it had finished, so probably related to Madden 24 finish indeed

    Hey, everyone. I found out that this is currently being investigated. We're working on getting it resolved as soon as possible.
