Stats not registering in Madden 25 MUT Season 5

I have played multiple H2H, Solo Season, etc. and none of my stats from those games are registering in the milestones of Season 5. I STILL CAN'T ACCESS SETS and now my only other way to get content, other then through purchases, is not working either. 

I NEED HELP NOW!!!!
