today on 1/08/2025 at 5;12pm i bought the TOTW Bundle for 8900 points in the madden mut team store, in this bundle theres a pack hat was suppose to contain 2 94s and i was supposed to get the option to choose between the 2 but instead i get only one option and its a zach ertzs 94, so i go in a ea chat for 3 hours and get no help, so just to be ballsy i buy the bundle again and the same happens i get no option and its a zach ertzs [CM - updated thread title for clarity and visibility]

Did anyone else purchase the TOTW bundle and not get a choice in the topper like the description stated? It stated “your choice 1 of 2 94 or LTD while in packs. Mine auto gave me the bills player on the first one and judon on the second one.

I opened the TOTW bundle and didn’t get 1of 2 94 ovr 16/17 champs options. I hope to get a make right since the bundle was bugged.

@EA_Kent I video recorded my last bundle opening if that would be helpful. I bought a total of 3 bundles. Two on drop day and one yesterday( I thought it was potentially fixed).

This also occurred to me during zero chill. I was supposed to be given an option. It was a one time offer so I was unable to go back and take a picture of the pack description.
