Whenever I add cards into a set to up grade them, it says that I've turned them in, but won't let me open the new packs! It just kicks me back to the main menu! WTF EA?!?! Here we go again with the BS!!! Something happens with every new season update...

Do you remember which set these rewards were from? Were they all from the Ultimate Legends sets, or did they come from a different one?
I have no clue, but I see it isn't just us... Why can't EA get their heads in the game? They say, "It's in the Game!" But they obviously are NOT!! Is this the result of letting AI take over all aspects of EAs updates? I don't know if they are for sure, but I DO know they won't be getting a effing DIME from me ANYMORE!!! THIS CRAP HAPPENS THOUGH MULTIPLE TITLES!!! EVEN THE PGA GAME KICKS ME OUT ALL THE TIME!!!
Also having the same issue but only with those packs. Any idea of when it will be fixed?
Having the same problem but only with those packs I did an ultimate legends set so see if I could somehow fix it and that pack opened and when I hit next pack it kicked me back out of ultimate team
