Have not recieved ultimate alumni players after doing objectives

- Which platform are you on? Xbox Series X
- Are you getting an error message? No, Im not receiving an error message I don't have the content when I load into Madden 25
- Does this only happen in one game mode? Only in MUT
- Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue:
1. I went back into CUT mode in College Football 25 to complete objectives
2. Switched over to Madden 25
3. recieved the MUT tips but not the cards - If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

We're aware there can be a delay with receiving these rewards. If they don't show up after 24 hours, please open a case with an advisor so they can investigate. The instructions here will guide you through opening a case. Thanks!
- 6 months ago@EA_Aljo Opening a case gets you exactly no we're. After being told it's a known issue and there is nothing they can do for the UA issue or the Season One Xp item both of which are earned in CUT, they send me here. Now you're telling us that we need to go back to @eahelp This seems to be a circular way to avoid fixing these issues, yet a glitch that some people are taking advantage of is fixed with minutes of being discovered. Tomorrow will be a full week and they issues aren't fixed and there is no word on and update. Silence is deadly in customer service!!

Finally figured how to to talk to a representative just to realize the loop also. Its terrible and by the time we may get these players they'll be useless.

😂😂 yea this is crazy. Opened a case and was told to do all the solos and get to level 20 on cfb. MAN! I know! Been done before madden launch. EA has no touch with reality or its customer base. Why do you guys have to be so horrible to work with?

No one wants to even bother with it at this point. Customer service sends you here, community managers tell you to open a case, customer service sends you back here. I doubt we're getting these, and there's zero recourse.

Yes they know it's an endless loop and they don't care!! Evidence of this is the MULTIPLE PEOPLE that have sent similar messages without any resolution. I offered a way to fix at least the XP item missing and that's to put the item in the store in CUT for people who have reached level 20 to buy it for 1 coin. All I got in return was the cookie cutter one button push answer from EA Help. They are all useless IMO.

It’s weird at the beginning of mut 25 I received a pack with only two players took lb rb by had to wait till i think thursday i randomly got the third but i still have not received the XP bonus or my RP didnt realize how random it is in wich they roll ish out

I've opened several cases for this and the reply says waiting on player. waiting on me to do what exactly? the game has been out for a week and only certain people has been able to complete the alumni set in madden 25.
