We have verified that the Ultimate Alumni rewards, including the XP token, are continuing to roll out to Madden NFL 25 users.
This is a slower rollout, so you may receive some of your intended rewards initially, with the rest coming soon.
Im still waiting to get my items.Why have players do things to earn rewards when they would be good cards at the time they are supposed to get them? 85s are just needed now to be competitive at the game.
I believe everyone posting about this issue is getting even more frustrated because we would all like to know why this is taking so long. Its the same F'd up game every year, that's what EA is good at so just give us an explanation!.... This crossover promise was a complete waste of time and in a month when we will be able to claim the 85 ovr champion we will all quicksell for training because the card will be obsolete. This game makes me wish that Football wasn't my favorite sport. Its sad that this is the only game I CHOOSE to play, and year after year it lets us down tremendously....... I have prayed to the football gods to rescind EA sports NFL License because 2k sports never have these issues that your development team never seems to identify and correct year in and year out. But of course the response to this message will be "go to ea help and create a case so we can help you." And all I was told is that the rollout is longer than expected with it being rolled out in waves...." You need to fix everything about this game and company and can't wait for NFL 2k In 2050.
The fact that we paid extra for this content makes this even more frustrating. How can this not be resolved?
Yeah, some of these issues they have seem like they are on purpose. They have a Miles Garrett 87 card "coincidently" released yesterday on same day it's supposed to be fixed. They are in no rush to fix so those Miles Garrett MUT player fans won't have patience and thus buy more packs. It's a shady biz man.

It’s weird at the beginning of mut 25 I received a pack with only two players took lb rb by had to wait till i think thursday i randomly got the third but i still have not received the XP bonus or my RP didnt realize how random it is in wich they roll ish out
I’m having the same issue. Have 2/3 UA, no RP. Ea has been garbage with their communication.
