Hey Ultimate Team fans!
We have verified that the Ultimate Alumni rewards, including the XP token, are continuing to roll out to Madden NFL 25 users.
This is a slower rollout, so you may receive some of your intended rewards initially, with the rest coming soon.
Well, thankfully you received something. I haven't received anything.
It's been way over two weeks now and nothing has happened. I assume we are getting "scammed" here. By now the card is pretty much useless anyway.
Just like many others I got 2/3 and that's it. I replayed the challenges in CF25 countless times but nothing (honestly I don't believe this has worked for anyone even though people said otherwise). I did get the XP bonus.
I opened a case but basically I'm just in a loop with no real person to talk to. Do this, do that, fill out this form (which just takes me back to the FAQ etc.). Rinse and repeat.
This is VERY disappointing. I don't think it would be actually a problem for EA to award players the card if they wanted to. The lack of communication is unacceptable.
I wonder if there are any players out there who actually received Barkley (by completing the set in Madden 25 with the cards from CF25)?
On Good Morning Madden this morning they stated the issue with the Ultimate Alumni crossover rewards has finally been resolved. The cases I submitted were even closed resolved. However I am still sitting here missing one of the three packs I earned! Chatted live with two different reps from EA and both pretty much told me sucks to suck. Asked if they would do anything to show good customer support like issue a player card of my choosing, which I know they can do because they do it everyday on GMM. But nope nothing! Sorry about your luck “we know it’s frustrating” blah blah blah! Stand behind your product and your customers and do what’s right and fix the issue and go the extra mile and do extra for them!
Beyond garbage! Good Morning Madden was so positive that it was fixed and it’s not. The first person I chatted with had no damn idea what I was even talking about! The other one just kept pushing me off and telling me “don’t worry mate our team is aware of it and investigating” Such trash!

havent been given my season 1 xp token from college football 25 that was supposed to transfer into madden25. i did everything i could in regards to what ive heard of for possible solutions and contacting ea help directly.. yet still nothing. i am hoping some sort of makeright will happen because this is absurd!
I was given two of the Madden Ultimate Alumni card and mistakenly given two of the boost xp to level 20 cards. I need the last 80 overall Alunmi card to get the 85 overall. This is a bummer so far...
I am still yet to receive my 3rd player.

Summarize your bug When trying to play challenges in ultimate team only the basic challenges (like ultimate team 101 and the trials) show up and nothing else. Because of this I don’t have any access or way to complete challenges like the legends or more importantly Ultimate Alumni challenges.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) All users on this game are experiencing this issue.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Select Challenges on the Ultimate Team menu screen.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t play the challenges in College Ultimate Team.
What do you expect to see? The challenges in CUT.
