Unable to Accept Requests in MUT

I can’t play anything in ultimate team. it keeps saying can’t accept my request or something. i’ve tried restarting my xbox and router. i’ve been playing all night and it randomly started

    EA_Shepard​  i am having this same exact problem …. it’s been 5 days now ! and honestly i’m so over and tired of dealing with this error problem i keep having 1-2 times a month i spend / spent so much money on building my ultimate team … i literally buy new cards every other day just for me not to use and play with the new cards i get for 5 days ! this is not the first or 2nd time this happened ! i’m to the point where i’m about to just ask for a full refund for my ultimate team .. and spend my money else where ! i’m tired of not being able to get on madden and play with a team i spend my hard earned money on ! can i get help pls asap??? i have not played with my ultimate team in 5 days ! … & please don’t try to say it’s maybe a connection issue or anything else…. i tried deleting and reinstalling the game ,  i tried restarting my router ,  i even tried waiting and being patient and it’s been 5 days ! .. if i can not get my problem fixed today ..! i would love and appreciate if i can get a full refund … (every) penny back that i spent on building my ultimate team please and thank u ! i’ll be waiting for a response today to help me

    andrebrown05​ Hey, man—I know this is a frustrating one. It happens way too often, and I can tell you that 4/5 of these are not connection-related at all on your internet. Some may be network-related (some), but for the most part, it is a file, card, upgrade, etc. 

    I have to run the basics with you just so I know what is happening on your end. We aren't going through the whole "Did you turn it off and on?" We all know you did, lol, so we are good there.

    Toss me the basics so I know:

    Which platform?
    Old-Gen or New-Gen install?
    Wired or wireless?
    Just UT or other modes?
    Does it happen in Matches and Challenges, or when specifically?
    Have you updated your team with the special version of a player card within the last 5 days since it started? 
    Do any of the players have new upgrades or abilities applied?

    If you can, just break down what happened right before and after you started getting that error. I hate to have you repeat yourself, but I can rule out and test it on my end what it might be vs what it typically is.

    EA_Shepard​ no you good brotha .. but the platform i’m on is Playstation .. Ps5 .. i’m on a new Gen install , i’m on a wireless network , & this issue only happens with ultimate team .. meaning when i try to play head 2 head online with my friends or with a random person online .. even when i try to do my challenges the error message pops up .. before i recently just got a 99 cam ward & a 99 travis hunter everything was fine… running perfect … but once i got them 2 cards and added the abilities then tried to play it started popping up with the error message thing

    andrebrown05​ Appreciate it. Can you go into your team - generate a new lineup for me? Remove those two cards with someone else in that position. If it is those cards, that should fix it, but I have seen a couple of others called out that cause issues.

    Wireless is fine, console is fine - the issue sounds like the lineup. If it wont let you, you may have to do it the long way and go into your binder and swap Hunter and Cam with others. OR - the companion app if lets you in.

    EA_Shepard​ so i took cam ward & travis out my lineup and that worked so i’m guessing i can’t use the cards i paid for ?

    andrebrown05​ It would be yes. So, they have been called out and the studio is aware of these. I am guessing because they were just released so more than likely an issue they have to reconfigure on their end. That is my guess based on experience.
