Upgrading 94 Free Agency player is not working

I have this same issue on PS4.
I’m trying to use 97 Mike Hilton to upgrade my 94 Amari Cooper.
  
It looks like it’s an issue with the Mike Hilton card. 
I also have a 97 Chris Godwin card. However his card DOES show in the upgrade path for Amari Cooper. The upgrade works with C. Godwin. But I want both WRs at 97. I want to use my CB for this upgrade
. EA_Shepard​ Can you you look into this and escalate if necessary?
