Welcome to Zero Chill / Buy a pack in the Zero Chill Snow Store

So on the Welcome to Zero Chill  challenge it says 'Buy a pack in the Zero Chill Snow Store. 

So last week I brought at the store at the time 2 small present at Zero Chill for 250 points set never completed the set. 

Yesterday went back to the store and trying buying 83+ Zero Chill player with 3100 training once again the set didn't complete. 

EA help suggested for me to re install Madden 25 and see what happens. Same thing Welcome to Zero Chill set not completed. 

Is anybody else having this issue on the Welcome Zero Chill buying a pack? 

Any help will be appreciated.
