Where did my coins go EA?

Spent a few thousands dollars on this game probably by now at this point in the, and haven’t logged on for a few days or so due to traveling. I had somewhere between 20-25 million coins when I last logged on and I now have 125k. Somebody needs to fix this immediately. If anybody knows how I go about correcting this or who I need to get in contact with please let me know.

  • When it comes to content being removed from an account like this, it only happens for a few reasons. Typically, a compromised account - TOS sanction - a persona was removed, which wipes progress.

    However, if you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute this decision with the Terms of Service team through the link here.

    1. Click Contact Us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game from which your account was banned or suspended. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose the EA app.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage My Account, then Banned or Suspended Account.
    5. Click the Select Contact option.
    6. If you haven’t already done so, sign in to your account with the ban or suspension.

    Please let us know if these steps don't work for you and if you still can't submit your appeal!

  • Same here It just happened to me yesterday got home from work had 2 mill + coins and just like that there gone imma vet playing mut but this my first time having this happen if ea has a problem with it why not just bring back trades like yes you can’t get revenue out of it but you can safely get your cards with out worrying about a ban and the reason this all happened is i play squads with my friends and was helping my one friend build his team to buy some cards  like i understand the ban yes but come on the whole coin wipe is unnecessary like some people been grinding since day one like me and for it to be all gone in a flash is depressing

    Almost a day later, no help, no email back, nothing to go off of at all. Can't buy any of the new cards and have 0 interest in playing the game atm. I will not be purchasing any future EA titles especially Madden going forward. This is unbelievably ridiculous by EA.

    Either refund me the thousands of dollars or give me my coins back.
