Where do I start?? Angry runs pack, XP token, SOLO BATTLES, etc not working!

Angry runs pack opened - then disappeared. No card. First Season 3 XP token worked, but the second token did nothing. Now it’s gone. Bought a pack from the store, but it didn’t finish the objective...

For the last two weeks i've been Having issues with my solo battles.When I go to assess it, it stuck on the rewards screen and it tells me.I have 6 days and some hours left.

Because of this, I was not able to finish out season 2.
